“ Shaun and his incredible bar staff including Jeremy were exceptional in their dedication and delivery of these cocktails. The Key Lime Mai Tai, Zap!, Build Me A Shubbery, and Fiery Ombre were sublime. The artichoke tip was delicious but that Portobello mushroom was TO DIE FOR. I wish nothing but success and prosperity for Sage and their staff. My wife and I had a one of a kind experience tonight. You’d be lucky to visit this place. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything! ”
“ Great experience, atmosphere, service. Food was an 8/10. I had beef crudite, (7/10 which is still good), artichoke (7/10- not much cheese), and the broiled pear with honey and gorgonzola was 10/10. My drink was good (Rye whiskey drink), husbands was excellent (mommiji). Bar take pride in their drinks obviously. Will be back. Parking is easy and just around the corner (down alley). ”
“ I've visited Sage Speakeasy twice now and I'm quite impressed. The first time was a spontaneous visit and as soon as I walked in I felt a little self-conscious because I was casually dressed. It's immediately obvious that this place is classier than your average downtown Loveland bar/pub. The staff assured me that they're the only ones who have to dress up and that I was fine. The drinks are the star attraction here and they have both familiar cocktails and some really creative ones. Two big thumbs up for Shaun who really impressed me with his deep bartending knowledge. You can tell him approximately what you're looking for and he will steer you in the right direction. His recommendations were excellent and I loved every drink I tried. Definitely try the Bacon Washed Old Fashioned which was superb. The food options are limited to small-plate appetizer style dishes, so you might want to eat a main meal before coming here. Also, it is a bit pricey, but that will buy you a more sophisticated kind of experience. I love breweries and brewpubs, but this is a nice change of pace and a really good complementary addition to the downtown Loveland scene. Highly recommended. ”
“ Lovely place! Sad I haven't visited sooner! Devon, our waiter, was attentive and insightful on the menu. Floral, fragrant drinks that tasted excellent. Will definitely be back! ”
“ Best smoked bacon washed old fashion I've ever had. The smoke show was also a great cocktail. As for the food, the stuffed mushrooms and beef crudites were lovely. The lobster bisque was ok. I think it was a little too thick but still had great flavor. ”
“ I reached out to Sage with a vision of creating a First Class dining experience for my team. They absolutely delivered on that promise. We were treated to the VIP room where we tried one of almost everything on the menu. The Mississippi Mud Pie is TO DIE FOR!!! The drinks were unique and delicious. I will definitely go back. ”
“ Hands down my favorite place in Loveland. Fantastic atmosphere. Very classy. Seasonal menus. Amazing service every time from all staff. And the cocktails are some of the best I've had. This is the place I take people when I want to impress them. They have an extensive amount of mocktails, and they aren't just after-thoughts. They are carefully and consciously crafted to be unique. And you can also add liquor to them. The food has also been excellent every time I've eaten there. I honestly can't praise Sage enough. ”
“ What a great place to hang out with friends. Seun is an excellent barkeep with an ability to engage his customers at their level and make them feel welcomed and comfortable. He's also an absolute breath of fresh air for Loveland and knows how to make the perfect drink every time, just go with it!!! Loveland is fortune to have him here in our tinsel town. Food is great always a 5 star twist of imagination. Small place with big taste. If your looking for a place you can hang out leisurely, or with a little class this is your place. Check it out you wont regret it. ”
